Background and experience

BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER, NSI
November 2017 - November 2019
NSI IT Software & Services a major player in French-speaking Belgium. NSI is based in Liège, Braine l’Alleud and Luxembourg. It has celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2018. NSI is a supplier of value-added IT services (Agile application development, ERP, cloud infrastructure, consulting) for the private and public sector. NSI’s shareholders are Cegeka and Meusinvest.
NSI acquired PIXELIXIR in November 2017, I was in charge of the negotiation and SPA.

My main tasks where:
Responsible for all aspects of PIXELIXIR integration into NSI,
Migration of projects, time-sheets and invoicing systems to NSI solutions
Grow eCommerce and Artificial Intelligence offering into NSI’s portfolio
Change Management among people after Merger

FOUNDER AND MANAGER, PIXELIXIR
March 2000 - November 2017
IBM Platinum Business Partner providing consulting and software development for large companies and institutions in Belgium, Luxembourg and France. Involved from the inception of the company until acquisition by NSI.
Turnover increased from 450 K€ in 2001 to nearly 6 M€ in 2017. Team increased to 35 employees located in 2 offices and 2 countries
In charge of digitalization of various processes of the company
In charge of all the Sales aspects of the company:
Automation of the Sales process and implementation of a CRM
Management of a team of 4 account managers + 1 tele sales
CRM follow-up and sales meetings
Offerings follow-up
Responsible for key Accounts (Colruyt, Van Marcke, Crelan, Vinçotte, …)
In charge of all the Financial aspects of the company:
Automation of the Financial process and implementation of a various KPIs
Interface with accounting company, financial statements and KPIs follow-up
Interface with the banks and negotiation of credit lines
In charge of PIXELIXIR’s new offices when moving in 2007.Set-up of an Immo-leasing and transformation of a Casco building (renovated farm).
Responsible of the Service Delivery Team (12 persons). PIXELIXIR was the largest BELUX Business Partner in the Lotus Service Administration area managing 200 customers, 20.000 end users
Business Partner relationship manager. Meeting with partners to set joint plans (IBM, Barracuda, Watchguard). Achievement of Platinum level as IBM Partner
In charge of the selling process of PIXELIXIR: creation of Databook, selection of mergers candidates, negotiation, contracts creation and deal settlement.

May 2014 – May 2017
Votfam was providing communication and design services under the Brand “Serial Designers” for various companies and was merged with PIXELIXIR in 2017.
